INSURANCE PROGRAM DETAILS

Note: coverage is occurrence-based for liability insurance.
Note: Front Row's brokerage/agency fee is waived for this insurance program for current American Circus Educators Association (ACE) Organizational Members. Become an ACE Member here.

Aerial activities are insured without any height restrictions.

Coverage includes use of fire in performances.

Program includes teaching, studio performances and independent performances.

Coverage can also include independently contracted teachers (when studio agrees in writing to provide insurance).

The Circus Educators Insurance Program includes:

Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability (Each Occurrence/Aggregate)

$1,000,000 / $3,000,000

Personal Injury (Libel, Slander, Defamation) & Advertising Liability (Copyright Infringement)

Up to $1,000,000 Each Occurrence

Damage to Rented Premises

Up to $1,000,000 Each Claim

Participant Accident & Medical Insurance

$10,000 or $25,000

And we can also provide you with additional coverage for:

Owned, Non-Owned & Hired Automobile

Insured amounts as required for Third Party Liability and Physical Damage

Professional Educators Errors & Omissions Liability (Each Occurrence/Aggregate)

Up to $1,000,000 / $2,000,000

Abuse & Molestation Liability (Each Occurrence/Aggregate)

Up to $1,000,000 / $2,000,000

Property: Equipment, Studio Assets, Tenant Improvements, Buildings, Tents
