PACT Bond

To obtain a PACT Bond, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the bond application [Word .doc]
2. Attach a copy of the latest audited financial statements for review
3. Attach a copy of your production schedule for all productions within next 12 months
4. Attach the annual operating budget

Once completed, please email all documentation to Victor Carreiro at [email protected]. This will be submitted to Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company for review and Victor will be in touch if additional information is required to obtain a bond.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the underwriters to review all the information.
