David McLeish joined Front Row Insurance in 2018. He specializes in insurance and risk management for film and television production, DICE producers, and commercial photographers, with a focus on practical, responsive solutions for complex production risks. David works closely with studios, producers, and creatives to navigate contractual requirements, liability exposures, and emerging risks across all stages of production. His approach emphasizes clarity, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of how productions operate in practice. His work is inherently collaborative, and he values being part of a team that communicates regularly, shares responsibility, and delivers consistent support to clients.

David holds a BA from Simon Fraser University, a BFA from Emily Carr University of Art + Design, an MA from Trent University, and a CAIB designation.
